This page explains how to delete your Real Games Now account (developer: Top Games Inc.) and the associated data.
Delete in the app
- Open Real Games Now and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- On the home screen, tap the Real Games Now logo at the top left to open the menu.
- Tap Settings / Account.
- At the bottom of the Account & Settings page, tap Delete account.
- Tap Delete my account to confirm.
Request without the app
If you no longer have the app installed, email legal@topgamesinc.com with the subject “Delete my account”. To help us locate and verify your account, please include:
- The sign-in method you used for Real Games Now (Google, Apple, game platform account, or phone number).
- The email address or phone number linked to that sign-in.
- The device type you played on (Android or iPhone/iPad).
Where possible, send the request from the email address linked to your account. We may ask you to confirm the request before we delete the account, and we will reply by email once the deletion has started.
What is deleted and when
- Deletion starts a 30-day grace period. Signing in again during this period cancels the request.
- After the grace period, we delete your account profile, sign-in identifiers (email, phone number, Google/Apple/game platform identifiers), game progress, virtual item balances, and push tokens linked to the account.
- We may keep purchase and transaction records required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal obligations, and aggregated or de-identified analytics that no longer identify you.
Guest data that is not linked to an account is stored with a random installation identifier; uninstalling the app removes the local data on your device.
