This Privacy Policy explains how Top Games Inc. (“Top Games,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Real Games Now mobile application for Android and iOS and its related websites and services (together, the “App”). Real Games Now is a platform for playing instant mobile games without downloading each game separately.
By using the App you acknowledge the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Information we collect
1.1 Information you provide
- Account sign-in. You can play as a guest without creating an account. If you choose to sign in, depending on your platform and region we offer: Google sign-in (we receive your Google account identifier and the basic profile information Google shares, such as your email address and name); Sign in with Apple on iOS (we request your name and email address; Apple may provide a private relay email); and phone number sign-in (we receive your phone number and send a one-time verification code by SMS).
- Purchases. If you buy virtual items (such as gems), the purchase is processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We receive a purchase token, product identifier, and transaction status so we can verify the purchase and deliver your items. We do not receive your full payment card details.
- Communications. If you contact us, we receive the content of your message and any contact details you provide.
1.2 Information collected automatically
- Device and app information: a random app installation identifier generated by the App, device model and brand, operating system and version, language setting, app version and build, whether the device is a tablet, and region of the build.
- Game platform identifiers: on Android, the App may silently sign you in with Google Play Games Services, and on iOS with Game Center, and receive your player identifier from that service so your progress can be saved.
- Gameplay and usage activity: which games you open, play time, game start and end, levels and progress, in-game economy events, ad views and rewards, screens viewed, and app open/close events.
- Diagnostics: error events reported by the App or games (for example, error messages and technical context) used to find and fix problems.
- Advertising and attribution identifiers: where permitted by your device settings, the Google Advertising ID (Android), the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA, iOS, only if you allow tracking through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt) and the Identifier for Vendors (IDFV, iOS), plus install attribution information (for example, which advertising campaign led to the install).
- Push notification token: if you enable notifications, a device push token from Firebase Cloud Messaging (Android) or Apple Push Notification service (iOS).
- Network information: IP address and similar connection data that is necessarily sent when your device communicates with our servers and service providers. From your IP address we estimate your approximate location (country, state or region, and city, including approximate coordinates for that city).
- Ad click information (Android): If you tap one of our ads and then open the App for the first time on an Android device, our measurement partner Adjust sends us details of that tap: the time, the ad network, campaign, ad group and ad names, the country, and the IP address, device model, operating system version and browser user agent of the device that tapped the ad. For this matching, we turn that IP address into a one-way keyed code as soon as we receive it and do not keep the IP address itself, and we discard the user agent. When the App first opens, we compute the same kind of code from your device's IP address to look for a matching tap. We keep the codes of ad taps, device model, operating system version, time, country and ad names for no more than 25 hours, and use them only to work out which ad brought you to the App, so the App can open the game shown in that ad when it has no other way to tell (for example, when the advertising ID is unavailable). We do not use this information to select ads and do not share it with advertising networks. We do not do this if you declined consent or if we know the user is a child. IP addresses in requests to our servers are otherwise handled as described under Network information above.
We do not request access to your contacts, precise location, photos, or files to provide the game platform.
2. How we use information
- to provide the App, run games, save your progress, and keep you signed in;
- to verify purchases and deliver virtual items;
- to show advertisements, including rewarded ads you choose to watch, and to measure ad performance;
- to measure installs and marketing campaign effectiveness (attribution);
- to analyze usage, recommend games, and improve the App and its games;
- to diagnose errors and maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse;
- to send notifications you have enabled; and
- to comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
3. Companies that receive information from the App or from us
The companies below receive information from the App or from our servers and handle it as their own privacy policies describe. Since version 1.0.23984 of the App on Android and version 1.3.433 on iPhone, on devices in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or wherever we cannot tell the country from your IP address, the App does not start any advertising or attribution SDK unless you agree in the consent form shown when you choose to watch a rewarded ad (see “Players in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland” in Section 7). Earlier versions do not hold these SDKs back in these places: they request ads from Google AdMob, which are not personalized, and, on some Android devices, from AppLovin MAX, which can also pass the request to Meta Audience Network, without showing a consent message, and these requests can include your advertising ID (on iPhone, only if you allowed tracking), IP address and device information; they start Adjust, which on Android reads your advertising ID and passes install and purchase data to the ad networks listed under Adjust below; and on Android and iPhone they let Google Analytics for Firebase collect app usage data with your advertising ID (on iPhone, only if you allowed tracking). If you are in one of these places, please update the App to the latest version. IP Geolocation by DB-IP.
IP address data is powered by IPinfo.
- Google AdMob (Google LLC; advertising) — ad requests from the App, including rewarded ads you choose to watch, with your advertising ID, IP address, device information and ad interactions, to serve and measure ads. Google Privacy Policy.
- AppLovin, including AppLovin MAX (AppLovin Corporation; advertising, Android) — ad requests from the App with your advertising ID, IP address, device information and ad interactions. Through AppLovin MAX, ad requests can also go to Google AdMob and Meta Audience Network. AppLovin Privacy Policy.
- Meta (Meta Platforms, Inc.; advertising) — on Android, ad requests from the App through Meta Audience Network, with your advertising ID, IP address, device information and ad interactions; and app events our servers send to Meta with your advertising ID (starting a level, winning a level, and coming back the day after you installed), to measure our ads and to help Meta decide who sees them. In the United States, on Android, we may also give Meta the advertising ID of a device that has not opened the App for at least 7 days, so that Meta can show you ads for other games in Real Games Now (see "Ads for our other games on other services" in Section 7). Meta Privacy Policy.
- Unity (Unity Technologies; advertising) — in the United States, on Android, we may give Unity the advertising ID of a device that has not opened the App for at least 7 days, so that Unity can show you ads for other games in Real Games Now (see "Ads for our other games on other services" in Section 7). Unity Privacy Policy.
- Adjust (Adjust GmbH; install attribution and measurement) — your advertising ID, device information, IP address, and install, in-app event and purchase data, from the App and from our servers. On Android, Adjust passes install and purchase data to these ad networks: AppLovin, Google Ads, Meta, Mintegral, Moloco, TikTok and Unity, and some of them also get app sessions and uninstalls. This covers installs from any source, including installs that did not come from an ad. Adjust Privacy Policy.
- Google Analytics for Firebase (Google LLC; app analytics) — events the SDK collects automatically, such as first open and app sessions, with an app instance ID, your advertising ID on Android, device information and IP address. Google Privacy Policy.
- Google Sign-In, Google Play Games Services, Google Play Billing, Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google LLC).
- Sign in with Apple, Game Center, App Store purchases, Apple Push Notification service (Apple Inc.).
- SMS delivery providers used to send verification codes to your phone number.
- Cloud hosting and analytics infrastructure that stores and processes App data on our behalf.
We do not receive money for this information, but under California law and some other U.S. state laws, giving it to the advertising companies above, and through Adjust to the ad networks listed, counts as “selling” or “sharing” personal information. You can opt out as described in Section 7.
4. Other disclosures
We may disclose information to comply with law, legal process, or government requests; to protect the rights, safety, and property of Top Games, our users, or others; in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets; or with your consent.
5. Data retention
We keep account and purchase information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the App, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Usage and diagnostic data is retained for as long as needed for analytics and security, and then deleted or de-identified.
6. Account and data deletion
You can delete your account inside the App (tap the Real Games Now logo at the top left → Settings / Account → Delete account). Deletion enters a 30-day grace period during which signing in again cancels the request; after that, your account and associated personal data are deleted, except for information we must keep for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or security reasons. You can also request deletion without the App at run.ceo/m/rgn/account-deletion.
7. Your choices and rights
- Advertising ID: on Android you can reset or delete your Advertising ID in device settings; on iOS you can decline or revoke tracking permission in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Privacy Options: the App’s menu has a Privacy Options entry at all times. On devices in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or wherever we cannot tell the country from your IP address, it shows this Privacy Policy until you agree in the consent form shown when you choose to watch a rewarded ad; after that, it opens Google’s consent form, where you can review or change your choice. Elsewhere, when Google’s consent tool says a choice is needed where you are, it opens Google’s consent form, where you can make or change your choices; otherwise it shows this Privacy Policy.
- Notifications: you can turn notifications off in the App or device settings.
- Access, correction, deletion, portability, objection: depending on where you live (for example, the EEA/UK under the GDPR, or California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or targeted advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Where the GDPR applies, our legal bases are performance of our contract with you (providing the App), our legitimate interests (analytics, security, improving the App), your consent (personalized advertising and tracking where required), and compliance with legal obligations.
Personalized ads
Ads in the App come from the advertising companies listed in Section 3. On Android, the App may ask them for personalized ads, that is, ads they choose using your advertising ID and the other information listed for them in Section 3. This applies in the United States and in other countries, except as follows:
- European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, or wherever we cannot tell the country from your IP address: the App does not start any advertising SDK, so it does not request ads, until you agree in the consent form shown when you choose to watch a rewarded ad. After that, ads are personalized only if you agreed to it in that form (see “Players in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland” below). For earlier App versions, see Section 3.
- Canada: the App requests only non-personalized ads.
- iPhone: the App requests only non-personalized ads, in every country.
- Under 18: if we learn that you are under 18 (for example, from an age range provided by the app store), the App requests only non-personalized ads. If we learn that you are 12 or younger, the App does not start any advertising SDK.
- After you opt out: once you have opted out in one of the ways below, the App requests only non-personalized ads.
How to opt out of personalized ads on Android:
- In the App (United States): turn on “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information”, as described under “United States” below. The switch is shown when you use the App in the United States.
- On the web (any country): submit your Android advertising ID at rgn.topgamesinc.com/m/rgn/do-not-sell. When it starts, the latest version of the App on Android checks whether you have opted out there and, if you have, treats you as opted out on that device. Until the App has completed this check once on your device, it requests only non-personalized ads.
- In your device settings (any country): you can reset or delete your advertising ID, as described under “Advertising ID” above.
Players in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland
When you open our app from the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, or when we cannot determine your region, we do not read your device's advertising identifier, we do not start our attribution partner (Adjust), and we do not start any advertising SDK. We do not show you a consent request when you open the app.
We ask for your consent only when you choose to watch a rewarded ad (for example, to get an extra life or a bonus). At that moment we show Google's consent form, which is based on the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework and lists our advertising partners.
- If you agree, we then read your advertising identifier, start our attribution partner and our advertising partners (Google AdMob and the networks it works with, such as AppLovin and Meta Audience Network), and show you the ad. From then on we may use this information for ad measurement, attribution and, where you have agreed to it, ad selection. On iOS, Apple will then ask whether you allow tracking; we only read the IDFA if you allow it.
- If you do not agree, nothing changes: we keep not reading your advertising identifier and do not share data with advertising or attribution partners. Rewarded ads are not available in that case.
You can change your choice at any time under Settings > Privacy options in the app. If you withdraw consent, we stop showing ads, stop our attribution partner and stop sending identifiers for the rest of the session and afterwards.
Players in the United States using iOS
On iOS, we ask Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission the first time you choose to watch a rewarded ad, instead of when you open the app. We read the IDFA only if you allow tracking. While rewarded ads are not offered on iOS, the request may appear when you open the app, as it does today. You can change this at any time in your device's Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
United States: Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
We use device identifiers (such as your advertising ID) with advertising and measurement partners. Under California law and similar laws in other US states, this may be considered “selling” or “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (“targeted advertising”). For how the App requests personalized ads, see “Personalized ads” above. You can opt out at any time, with or without the App:
- In the App: update to the latest version, open the menu, and select “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information”. This also switches off selling or sharing by the advertising and measurement tools inside the App on your device.
- On the web (any App version): submit your Android advertising ID, or the device code shown with that option in the App, at rgn.topgamesinc.com/m/rgn/do-not-sell. Our servers then stop sending information linked to that advertising ID or device code to advertising and measurement partners. Older App versions cannot switch off the advertising tools inside the App, so please also update the App and use the in-app option.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 18. If we learn that you are under 18 (for example, from an age range provided by the app store), we treat you as opted out of the sale and sharing of your personal information, the same as if you had turned on Do Not Sell or Share.
Global Privacy Control (GPC). If you visit our websites, including rgn.topgamesinc.com and the browser versions of our games, using a browser or browser extension that sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we treat that signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information (including sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising) for that browser. You do not need to log in or give us any other information for the signal to take effect. When we have processed the signal, the website displays "Opted out of sale/sharing — your Global Privacy Control signal is honored." Because GPC is a setting of your browser, it applies to the browser that sends it. If you are signed in, the opt-out also applies to your account. To opt out in our mobile app, use "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" in the app's settings, or submit the form at https://rgn.topgamesinc.com/m/rgn/do-not-sell.
Requests made in the App or on the web page are processed as soon as feasibly possible and no later than 15 business days after we receive them. Opting out does not change your access to the App, its prices, or its rewards.
Ads for our other games on other services (United States, Android only). If you use Real Games Now on an Android device in the United States and have not opened the app for at least 7 days, we may share your device's advertising ID with advertising platforms, currently Meta Platforms, Inc. and Unity Technologies, so that they can show you ads for other games in Real Games Now on their services and in other apps and websites in their ad networks (for Meta, this includes Facebook and Instagram). We share only the advertising ID. We do not share your name, email address or how you play.
We do this only with advertising IDs we collected after showing you a notice about it in the app. We never do it if:
- you turned on "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" in the app or on our website;
- your browser sent a Global Privacy Control signal when you signed in to your account;
- you turned off ads personalization or deleted your advertising ID in your Android settings; or
- we know you are under 18.
If you opt out after we have shared your advertising ID, we remove it from the lists we gave these platforms within 24 hours. Each list is deleted at the platform on the day the campaign ends. We delete our own copy of a list 30 days after the campaign ends. We keep a record of each upload for 13 months; it holds only a short one-way code made from the advertising ID, not the advertising ID itself.
Under California law this is "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Under other U.S. state privacy laws it is "targeted advertising". You can opt out at any time as described above.
8. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Security and international transfers
Information is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate; where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new “Last updated” date and, where required, notify you in the App.
